Terms of Service

By accessing, browsing, or using the TattooMagnet platform (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TattooMagnet AB ("TattooMagnet," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that: • You meet the minimum age requirements in your jurisdiction (platform intended for adults 18+) • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations • All information you provide is accurate and truthful

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply: "Platform" means the TattooMagnet website, mobile applications, and all related services and features. "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, including both Artists and Clients. "Artist" means a professional tattoo artist who creates a profile and offers tattoo services through the Platform. "Client" means an individual who uses the Platform to search for, communicate with, and book tattoo services from Artists. "Content" means all text, images, videos, audio, data, information, and other materials uploaded, posted, or displayed on the Platform. "Services" means all features, tools, and functionality provided by TattooMagnet through the Platform. "Booking" means a confirmed appointment between an Artist and Client facilitated through the Platform.

TattooMagnet is an online marketplace that connects tattoo artists with clients seeking tattoo services. The Platform provides: FOR ARTISTS: • Profile creation and portfolio showcase • Client communication tools • Booking and scheduling management • Subscription-based platform access • Review and rating system • Basic analytics and insights FOR CLIENTS: • Artist discovery and search functionality • Portfolio browsing and review access • Direct communication with artists • Booking inquiry and appointment coordination • Review and rating capabilities TattooMagnet acts solely as a technology intermediary platform and does not provide, endorse, or guarantee any tattoo services. We only facilitate initial connections between Artists and Clients but have no involvement in, control over, or responsibility for the actual service agreements, interactions, or outcomes between them. All arrangements, services, and transactions are entirely between users.

ACCOUNT CREATION: To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to: • Provide truthful and accurate registration information • Maintain and update your account information • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches ACCOUNT VERIFICATION: Artists may be asked to complete verification steps, which may include: • Portfolio authenticity review • Professional credential validation (where applicable) • Basic account verification ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that: • Violate these Terms or our policies • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities • Provide false or misleading information • Harm other users or the Platform's integrity You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

As an Artist using the Platform, you agree to: PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS: • Maintain all required licenses, permits, and certifications in your jurisdiction • Comply with local health, safety, and hygiene regulations • Maintain appropriate professional insurance coverage • Follow industry best practices and safety standards PLATFORM CONDUCT: • Provide accurate and up-to-date profile information • Upload authentic portfolio images that represent your work • Respond to client inquiries within a reasonable timeframe • Maintain professional communication at all times • Use the platform's messaging system for initial client contact CONTENT AND PORTFOLIO: • Ensure you have rights to all uploaded images • Provide accurate descriptions of your work and services • Update availability and pricing information regularly • Maintain high-quality, professional portfolio standards SERVICE DELIVERY: • Provide tattoo services according to your professional standards • Follow proper consultation and consent procedures • Maintain client confidentiality and privacy • Handle service-related matters directly with clients SUBSCRIPTION REQUIREMENTS: • Pay subscription fees on time to maintain platform access • Understand that subscription fees are non-refundable • Keep payment information current

As a Client using the Platform, you agree to: ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS: • Provide accurate personal information • Meet applicable age requirements in your jurisdiction • Maintain account security and confidentiality BOOKING AND APPOINTMENTS: • Attend scheduled appointments or provide adequate notice of cancellation • Follow artist preparation instructions and aftercare guidelines • Disclose relevant health conditions or medications • Respect artist policies regarding deposits, cancellations, and rescheduling COMMUNICATION: • Communicate professionally and respectfully with artists • Provide clear and accurate information about desired tattoo work • Respond to artist inquiries in a timely manner • Use the platform's messaging system for initial communications PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS: • Arrange payments directly with artists for tattoo services • Understand that the platform does not process service payments • Respect artist policies regarding deposits and cancellations • Handle payment disputes directly with artists CONTENT AND REVIEWS: • Provide honest and fair reviews based on actual experiences • Respect artist intellectual property rights • Do not share private communications publicly

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform: FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES: • Creating fake accounts or impersonating others • Providing false or misleading information • Attempting to circumvent subscription fees • Misrepresenting professional credentials or portfolio work HARMFUL CONDUCT: • Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior • Discrimination based on protected characteristics • Posting inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content • Violating others' privacy or intellectual property rights PLATFORM ABUSE: • Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions • Using automated systems, bots, or scrapers • Attempting to access restricted areas or data • Interfering with platform operations or security • Spamming or sending unsolicited communications BUSINESS VIOLATIONS: • Soliciting users for competing platforms or services • Using the platform primarily to advertise external services • Violating platform policies or community guidelines • Inappropriate commercial use of user data LEGAL VIOLATIONS: • Engaging in illegal activities • Violating local laws or regulations • Infringing on intellectual property rights • Violating health and safety requirements Violations may result in account suspension, termination, and legal action.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT: By posting content on the Platform, you: • Retain ownership of your original content • Grant TattooMagnet a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content for platform operations • Warrant that you have the right to post the content • Accept responsibility for the accuracy and legality of your content • Agree not to violate others' intellectual property rights CONTENT STANDARDS: All content must: • Be accurate and not misleading • Comply with applicable laws and regulations • Respect others' privacy and intellectual property • Be appropriate for a professional platform • Not contain harmful, offensive, or illegal material PORTFOLIO IMAGES: Artists must ensure that: • All portfolio images represent their actual work • They have permission to use client images • Images meet quality and professional standards • Content is appropriate for public viewing INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION: We respect intellectual property rights and will: • Respond to valid DMCA takedown notices • Remove infringing content when notified • Terminate repeat infringers' accounts • Protect our own intellectual property rights CONTENT MODERATION: We reserve the right to: • Review and moderate all content • Remove content that violates these Terms • Suspend accounts for content violations • Use automated systems for content screening

PLATFORM SUBSCRIPTION FEES: • Artists pay monthly subscription fees for platform access and features • Subscription fees are clearly displayed during signup and in your account • Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged • We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days' notice • Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe ARTIST-CLIENT TRANSACTIONS: • TattooMagnet does not process payments between artists and clients • Artists and clients arrange payment directly for tattoo services • Artists set their own rates, deposit requirements, and payment terms • The platform facilitates communication but is not involved in service payments • Payment disputes for tattoo services are between artists and clients SUBSCRIPTION BILLING: • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled • You can cancel your subscription at any time through account settings • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods • Account access continues until the subscription expires TAX OBLIGATIONS: • Users are responsible for their own tax obligations • Artists must comply with local tax reporting requirements for their earnings • We may provide subscription payment records upon request • International users must comply with applicable tax laws in their jurisdiction

DATA COLLECTION AND USE: We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. USER PRIVACY: • We implement appropriate security measures to protect user data • Personal information is used only for platform operations and improvements • We do not sell personal information to third parties • Users can request access, correction, or deletion of their data COMMUNICATION PRIVACY: • Platform messages are private between users • We may monitor communications for safety and compliance purposes • Users should not share personal contact information in initial messages • Inappropriate communications may be reviewed and acted upon DATA RETENTION: • Account data is retained while accounts are active • Deleted accounts are purged according to our data retention policy • Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes • Users can request data deletion subject to legal requirements INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS: • Data may be transferred to countries outside your residence • We ensure appropriate safeguards for international transfers • EU users' data is protected under GDPR requirements • Users consent to necessary data transfers for platform operations

By using TattooMagnet, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that: COMPLETE RISK ASSUMPTION: • You use the platform entirely at your own risk and discretion • You assume ALL risks associated with tattoo services, including but not limited to: - Physical injury, scarring, infection, or allergic reactions - Unsatisfactory results or artistic outcomes - Professional negligence or malpractice by artists - Financial loss or dispute resolution costs USER RESPONSIBILITY: • You are solely responsible for researching and vetting any artist you choose to work with • You must verify artist credentials, licenses, and insurance independently • You should inspect studio conditions, equipment, and safety practices personally • You must disclose all relevant health conditions and medications to your chosen artist NO PLATFORM RESPONSIBILITY: • TattooMagnet has no control over artist qualifications, practices, or facilities • We do not verify, monitor, or supervise any tattoo services or artist-client interactions • We are not responsible for any aspect of the tattoo process or its outcomes • All artist-client relationships and services are independent of our platform By proceeding with any artist contact or service booking, you waive any claims against TattooMagnet related to tattoo services or their outcomes.

PLATFORM DISCLAIMERS: The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without ANY warranties of any kind. We EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL warranties, express or implied, including: • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or information • Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation • Security or freedom from viruses, harmful components, or data loss • Quality, safety, or legality of any services offered by users • Verification or accuracy of user profiles, portfolios, or credentials • Compatibility with your needs or expectations USER INTERACTIONS: • We are solely a technology platform facilitating connections • We have no control over and are not responsible for artist-client interactions • We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any tattoo services • Users assume ALL risks associated with tattoo services, meetings, and interactions • We are not party to service agreements between artists and clients • Artists are independent professionals, not our employees or agents • We do not screen, verify, or endorse any users or their services • Users interact at their own risk and discretion LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law: • Our liability is limited to subscription fees paid by the user in the last 12 months • We are not liable for ANY indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages • We are not responsible for lost profits, data, business opportunities, or personal injury • Our total liability will NEVER exceed €100 or the subscription fees paid, whichever is lower • We disclaim all liability for user-generated content, interactions, and third-party services • You use the platform entirely at your own risk INDEMNIFICATION: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless TattooMagnet from: • Claims arising from their use of the Platform • Violations of these Terms or applicable laws • Infringement of third-party rights • Damages caused by their content or conduct • Issues arising from tattoo services or artist-client interactions FORCE MAJEURE: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS: 1. DIRECT RESOLUTION: Users should first attempt to resolve disputes directly 2. PLATFORM MEDIATION: We offer mediation services for eligible disputes 3. FORMAL ARBITRATION: Unresolved disputes may be subject to binding arbitration 4. LEGAL ACTION: Court proceedings only for specific types of claims ARBITRATION AGREEMENT: • Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration • Arbitration will be conducted under Swedish Arbitration Institute rules • Arbitration location: Stockholm, Sweden • Class action waiver applies to all disputes • Right to jury trial is waived GOVERNING LAW: • These Terms are governed by Swedish law • Swedish courts have jurisdiction over disputes • EU consumer protection laws apply where applicable • International users subject to local law requirements LIMITATION PERIOD: • Claims must be brought within one year of the cause of action • Failure to bring timely claims results in waiver • Statute of limitations varies by jurisdiction • Users should seek legal advice for specific situations SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable: • The invalid provision will be severed • Remaining provisions will remain in full effect • Invalid provisions will be replaced with valid alternatives • The overall agreement remains binding

TERMINATION BY TATTOOMAGNET: We may terminate or suspend accounts immediately for: • Violation of these Terms or platform policies • Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities • Non-payment of subscription fees • Repeated policy violations or user complaints • Risk to platform security or user safety TERMINATION BY USERS: • Users may terminate their accounts at any time • Account deletion can be requested through account settings • Termination does not relieve users of existing obligations • Some data may be retained for legal compliance EFFECTS OF TERMINATION: Upon termination: • Access to the Platform will be immediately revoked • User content may be removed from the Platform • Outstanding payments and obligations remain due • Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination SURVIVAL CLAUSES: The following provisions survive account termination: • Payment obligations and fee structures • Intellectual property rights and licenses • Limitation of liability and disclaimers • Dispute resolution and governing law provisions
